Return Policy

We do our best to get you the best quality plants, pottery, and produce, but sometimes things just are not right. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll gladly accept returns based on the following guidelines.*

PLANTS – Tropicals, bedding plants and perennials: Normally plant material will exhibit problems within the first 10 days after leaving our stores. If you notice any problems in that time please call us quickly so that we can discuss causes and solutions before we lose a living plant. Often a simple adjustment in water, location or pruning can solve the dilemma. We may need to see the plant “in person,” but most times a picture can do the trick.

If a plant is properly cared for, planted, watered and still dies within 30 days, we will replace it with a similar or same type plant or issue a store credit in the amount of the plant.

Similarly if the plant is just not the right one, bring it back in the same condition as you bought it for exchange.

SHRUBS AND TREES – all shrubs and trees are guaranteed for 30 days from purchase. Keep in mind the 1st 30 days it is important to keep new plantings well-watered. Please contact us immediately if you notice any signs of distress. It’s easier and less costly for everyone if we can fix the problem before we lose the plant.

Shrubs and trees installed by Ruibal’s are guaranteed for 1 year from purchase date, provided a working irrigation system is in place.

Replacement plants are not covered under warranty.

DUE TO THE RECENT OUTBREAK OF ROSETTE DISEASE IN TEXAS WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE KNOCK OUT ROSES.

GIFT SHOP ITEMS – Pottery, gift items, candles etc. We will gladly accept returns with a receipt up to 15 days after purchase. Items must be in the same condition as when purchased for full refund in the manner it was paid.

Sale, Closeout or discontinued item sales are final. Special Order items may be returned for 50% refund.

GROCERY ITEMS – Rosemeade Market Grocery items including produce may be returned for a full refund or store credit with receipt. Produce or fresh food items must be returned within 3 days of purchase.*

*Receipt is required for all refunds or returns. Delivery fees, labor and installation are non-refundable. Acts of nature including flooding, drought, wind as well as vandalism or items beyond reasonable control are not covered.

When are you open?

Each store has slightly different clientele and a few minor differences, which lead to different opening times.  We are open 364 Days a year officially closing only on Christmas day. Each store has a slightly different specialty, so hours vary a bit.  Every store is open a minimum of 8:00am to 6:00pm every day. Check the schedule for your nearest  locations for alternate store hours.

Do you deliver?

YES! We deliver anywhere.  Delivery charges start at $10.00 within 10 miles of each store.  For farther deliveries prices increase based on mileage and time. Due to high “in season” volume, please give us at least 24 hours advance to get you on the schedule.  Deliveries are done on a first come first shipped basis.

Can you plant these flowers for me, and what landscape services do you offer?

We have small crews at each of our nurseries who can plant bedding plants, perennials shrubs and maybe even a small tree or two.  If the job is larger than our capabilities, we will be happy to refer you to a trusted landscape company we work with.

If you need help deciding what plant where, if you bring in pictures and light situation (sun or shade) we will be happy to walk you through plants in the nursery and make suggestions.  If it’s more detailed than that, we have designers on staff who can come to you to help you with your plan. Call your nearest store to set up a consultation.

Do you rent plants for my event?

We offer plant rental up to 48 hours on tropical plants, trees and limited color plants.  Rental is scheduled best through our main store at the Farmers Market.  Prices vary depending on size and type of plant.
