The Texas Star Hibiscus can get up to 6′ tall and has slender white or red star shaped blooms. As a native to the Southern Swamplands, the Texas Star does well near ponds or spots that might not drain as well, or in any bed with regular watering. Easy to maintain, you generally only have to remove dead stems once is dies back in the Fall and wait for it to come back in late Spring!
