One of the oldest plants on earth, Horsetail reed grows in clumps to around 4’tall in partially sunny areas. Make sure to water well since horsetail is happy in a boggy or poorly drained areas. Due to strong root system and quick growing habit, horsetail can become invasive, so plant in beds sparingly unless in an undrained container.
