FAQ’S
When are you open?
We are open 364 Days a year officially closing only on Christmas day. Each store has a slightly different specialty, so hours vary a bit. Every store is open a minimum of 8:00am to 6:00pm every day. Check the schedule for your nearest locations for alternate store hours.
Do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the DFW metroplex with delivery charges starting at $30 for up to ten miles from each store. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice in advance to get you scheduled.
What landscape Services do you offer?
We have a small crew at our nurseries that is available to install the bedding plants perennials and even shrubs and small trees we sell. If the work is larger than our capabilities, we can happily refer you to another trusted landscape company.
We do not do maintenance (mowing and tree trimming) but we know who does. Contact us for recommendations.
If you need design help, bring pictures of your yard to Ruibal’s location, and we can make suggestions for you. If it’s more detailed than that, We can set up an on-site consultation with our designer or refer you to a landscape design architect.
What is wrong with my plant?
Its nearly impossible to say over the phone, but feel free to send photos to info@Ruibals.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Can I take pictures in your nursery?
Of course. We love having our picture taken. Especially of you tag us on social media. @ruibalsplants on Instagram or TikTok. If you’re interested in commercial shoots or more than a drop in, contact us at info@Ruibals.com
